Ismo (MSc, eMBA) has over 25 years of senior management experience in internationally operating companies like Outokumpu, Sisu-Auto, NKF and Perlos active in metal industry, material handling project business, automotive and telecom industries. In his management positions Mr. Rautiainen has been responsible for operative and strategic development, new technology development and transfer, operations entry planning and execution in China and India.

In Perlos Oy he grew a leading telecommunications component business from 300 MEUR to 500 MEUR in sales in three years. He also has experience in steel mill slag recycling project deliveries to international customers in Sweden, Russia and Slovakia during late 1990's. Ismo has also been involved in the design and purchase of 2000 first low emission diesel engines early 1990's.

Mr. Rautiainen has recently been acting as business advisor for Industrial Investors active in cleantech projects and also for high tech startup companies in telecom industry.
